We offer services to help find work, build skills and boost confidence.  We also connect people with local volunteering roles - an excellent way to give back, meet new people, and gain experience.

Our support

Employment service

Employment support service for adults (18+) who are experiencing difficulties in the workplace due to or resulting in mental health problems. The service offers support to both the individual and their employer.

Employment and Skills Service

The Employment and Skills service offers support to all residents aged 18+ who are considering work or training options, whether they are unemployed / employed / self-employed. The service also provides additional, specialised support option for those aged 16+ with ASD/learning difficulties.

For Employee - support for international recruits to help them make an effective transition to working in the UK.

For Employer - Support for employers who have international recruits to develop a health and wellbeing workplace plan.

Specialist Employment Support

Specialist employment support who work with anyone of working age engaged in structured treatment, and it aims to support people in paid and mainstream jobs (short-term training, volunteering, and work placements are also available). The service offers support to both the individual and employers.

The team offers support and courses to help boost employability. This includes building confidence in people who are anxious about maths and specialised learning and employment for refugees and asylum seekers aged 16.
