Everyone Health
Everyone Health is commissioned to deliver the Wellness Service for residents of Bath and North East Somerset Council. They also deliver the telephone Triage Service for the Community Wellbeing Hub.
Everyone Health's Wellness Service supports people to address factors that influence their emotional, physical health and wellbeing. The service aims to work with a person to increase motivation, skills, capacity and resilience to improve their health.
The service includes the following programmes:
- Stop Smoking Service
- Wellbeing Coach Service
- Emotional Wellbeing Coach Service
- Physical Activity Service
- Exercise on Referral Service
- Outreach NHS Health Check Service
They also support people to connect to volunteering opportunities.
