We work together to connect people with local services, programmes, and community activities that make it easier to stay active, improve physical health, and enjoy a healthier lifestyle.

Our support

Getting more active

Support for people to become more active, without the need for a GP referral. The project is delivered in the Somer Valley and helps people access a range of wheeled, walking and cycling activities.

Healthwise (Bath & Keynsham)

Healthwise (Bath/Keynsham), Exercise on Referral. 12 wks subsided access to a leisure centre with a fitness instructor.  For people 16+ active for less than 60 minutes per week plus CVD risk (High BP/ 2 Diabetes/ CHD) or Depression / Low mood.  A referral must be made by a GP.

Everyone Health Physical Activity Service, initial Assessment with Wellbeing Coach (1hr) to set a personal health plan and then interventions with local providers for up to 12 weeks,
