Support groups and wellbeing activities

We offer a range of support groups and activities designed to help people feel connected, supported, and empowered to improve their wellbeing. These groups provide a safe space to share experiences, build confidence, and learn practical strategies for managing everyday challenges.

BME Community

Various wellbeing groups and activities for the BME community to access social groups, trips and day services.  

Partners

Carers wellbeing support

Wellbeing activities for unpaid/informal carers to access peer support and social groups and build connections. Services available for adults and young people delivered by the Carers Centre.

Dementia Groups

Singing for the Brain group is run by the Alzheimer's Society. Support for relatives and friends of people living with dementia

Learning disabilities

Supporting people with learning disabilities to access a range of social activities, day activities, delivered by SWALLOW.

Support for people who are feeling lonely, anxious or have low mood.  Bath Mind offers a range of groups and support.

Older people

Various wellbeing groups and activities people who are 55 and over to access social groups, memory groups, volunteering, befriending and digital inclusion.  The activities are run by Age UK

Wellbeing courses

Free access to wellbeing activities and courses, supporting people to access wellbeing walks, green and outdoor activities, connecting with local social networks.  The service is run by the 3SG.
