SWAN Transport
SWAN runs a community transport scheme with volunteer drivers, manages the Radstock Food Club, and runs Cuppa & Chat sessions for isolated individuals.
SWAN's community transport scheme covers BANES and uses volunteers in their own vehicles to transport passengers to vital health appointments, social activities, day centres and more.
They run a Cuppa & Chat group every month for isolated individuals, many of whom may not leave the house without it.
Radstock Food Club runs every Friday at the Radstock Library providing affordable food for those on low incomes and struggling to get by.
Passengers should have less than £16,000 in savings or be on a low income/receiving benefits, and have no access to private or public transport.
