We have new upcoming course dates for our wonderful HENRY course
HENRY is a free 8 week programme supporting families with children aged 0-5.
Our supportive group sessions cover:
- Physical and emotional well-being
- Nutrition
- Portion sizes
- Looking after yourself
- Managing challenging behaviour
- Screen time
This is also a great opportunity to meet and speak to other new parent/carers to get top tips!
