Step Forward is a free course for 18+, designed for anyone wishing to improve their fitness and wellbeing. Whether this is walking or a gentle jog.
Step Forward- This is for anyone 18+ who would like to improve their fitness/wellbeing whether this is walking or a gentle jog. We are working closely with a range of organisations at Odd Down Sports Centre to run tailored sessions for anyone who would like to become more active and improve their health and wellbeing. People go at their own pace and we want to reach out to people who are generally sedentary. Starting on Thursday 6th February and runs every 2 weeks and you can join at any point. The sessions are run by a qualified running coach/ PT instructor and Bath City FC Foundation and are completely FREE.
