Our Partners
The Community Wellbeing Hub was set up in March 2020 and provides a central hub of wellbeing services delivered by a range of partner organisations for residents across Bath and North East Somerset. The Hub currently has 35 partners of which 31 are either statutory or commissioned to deliver council and NHS services.
A Collaborative Approach
Our partners bring together a range of specialist skills and knowledge. A short triage process ensures that people can access the most appropriate services to meet their needs. If we identify a clinical or social care need, we can refer any required support to our professional colleagues.
