Community Wellbeing Hub Volunteer Connector
We're looking for empathetic, reliable volunteers with excellent communication skills. In this role, you'll engage with patients, carers, and family members, providing support and information on health and wellbeing services. With just a 3-hour weekly commitment, you'll help guide people to the right services, make referrals, and promote the CWH partners' resources.
The Community Wellbeing Hub (CWH) outreach is based in the Atrium at the Royal United Hospital. The team supports residents across Bath and North East Somerset and Wiltshire to access a range of organisations that provide services to help immediate health, and a person’s future health and wellbeing. Age UK Bath & North East Somerset is the lead partner and are looking to recruit volunteers. You'll receive comprehensive training and support from Age UK, making a real difference in the community.
