Dorothy House Day Services Review
Dorothy House's Day Service team would like your advice on how to meet the needs of those with life-limiting illness, their friends, families and carers and also those who have been bereaved.
They would like to expand their range of support, but to do this they must understand the needs of the people living in the communities they serve.
This survey seeks to understand the gaps in services and ways in which they can bridge these gaps, to ensure everyone has an opportunity to live well regardless of their illness or condition.
