Free online courses - Starting solids workshop
The Henry programme is a free, nationwide, supportive family course, which brings parents/carers together in order to provide their children with the best start in life.
The online workshop will help you decide:
- when your baby is ready to try solid food.
- what foods to start with.
- when your baby is hungry and when they've had enough.
- How to make mealtimes an enjoyable experience
Workshops will be held virtually on Wednesday 15th March and 26th April from 10am - 11.30am.

We are open from Monday to Friday from 9 am until 5 pm. Closed on public and bank holidays.
