The Community Wellbeing Hub provides a central place for you to access a range of services to improve your health and wellbeing.

If you live in Bath and North East Somerset, you can contact the Community Wellbeing Hub to talk to our friendly triage team to get the advice and support you need.

We offer a range of services to support you with:-

Mental health and wellbeing support

Lifestyle services eg stop smoking
Home from Hospital services
Volunteering
Supporting carers, family members and others
