We Can Help You With

Employment, Housing or Income Advice and Support

The Community Wellbeing Hub offers a range of services to support you if you are experiencing employment, housing and income issues and you need help and advice.

We work with various partners, including local charity organisations with experience and expertise in resolving money matters, benefit support, employment law, disputes and housing matters.

In addition, support is available through a range of employability services to improve your skills and job prospects.

Access To Wellbeing Services

Led by HCRG Care Group, the Community Wellbeing Hub offers a range of services supporting its communities, helping you to live a healthier and fulfilling life.

We work with a range of partners and local charity organisations who can help you improve your physical health, help you to stop smoking, manage your weight, food and diabetes. The Wellbeing Service can also provide you with helpful information about courses taking place in the area.

The service also includes access to partners who deliver Independent Living Service, home from hospital support and social prescribing support.

Mental Health Support

The Community Wellbeing Hub has seen an increase in people experiencing anxiety, loneliness and mental health issues, particularly due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

HCRG Care Group Mental Health Team, Bath Mind and other key agencies can work together to offer you support if you are struggling to cope due to mental health. Our friendly, caring team will do their best to support you and identify other services you may need including the befriending service offered by Bath Mind.

Other Services Available

Why Not Become A Volunteer?

Can you spare some time to help others? If so, we would love to hear from you. The Community Wellbeing Hub can assist people who are looking to volunteer by matching you with local charities and community organisations. They can also direct you to local organisations that are recruiting and managing volunteers. You can find out more from our HCRG Care Group Volunteering Service.

Do You Need Access To Essential Supplies?

The Community Wellbeing Hub is here to assist you during the COVID-19 pandemic. If you need emergency food and medication, shielding or are in urgent need and have no other means of getting essential supplies, please call us so we can offer you emergency support.
