Advice and Information
The Hub offers a range of services for residents to support people that need help with employment, housing and income. The Hub works with a range of partners who have expertise in money matters, benefit support, employment law and disputes and housing matters.
Wellbeing Services
Lead by the Virgin Care Wellbeing Service, the Hub offers a range of services for residents to support people to live a more healthier and fulfilled life. The Hub works with a range of partners who have expertise in physical health, stop smoking, managing weight, food and diabetes. The service also include access partners who deliver Independent Living Service and Home from Hospital.
Mental Health
The Hub has seen an increase in people experiencing anxiety, loneliness and mental health issues particularly due to COVID-19. The Hub works with Bath Mind and other agencies to support people's mental health and help them explore what other services and support that they need. The 3SG have produced a series of Wellbeing packs for local residents, find out more here.
Access to essential supplies
The Hub is here to assist residents during the COVID-19 pandemic who are in need of help to access shopping and picking up medication. In addition, the Hub will deliver emergency food to people who are shielding or are in urgent need and have no other means of getting essential supplies.
Volunteer with us
Become an Emergency Response Volunteer and help us support people during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Volunteers are managed by the 3SG a partner of the Community Wellbeing Hub.
The Community Wellbeing Hub is a collaboration between Bath & North East Somerset Council, Virgin Care and third sector organisation representatives 3SG. Set up in March as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic, it provides a central hub of wellbeing services for residents across Bath and North East Somerset.
